    I am and have been in a poverty stsate since childhood. It is bad enough now thar my home leaks and I have not enough income to fix it without putting it up a collaterall( I don’t want to do that because I want to leave it to my children). I am very smart as far as learning and my IQ was rated high. I want to start my own business and I am sure I would do great. Can you help me to do this , PLEASE? R A S A P Thank you
