SeaMo seeking Board Members
July 29, 2008 No CommentsSeaMo (Seattle Microfinance Organization) is seeking two individuals to serve on its Board. SeaMo’s mission is to connect the Seattle microfinance community through events, online services and opportunities for collaboration. SeaMo’s board currently has five members and intends to induct two more.
Board members meet Wednesday evenings for 2 hours; they dedicate 2 to 3 additional hours per week on functional tasks that may include planning events, building partnerships, generating content and managing our website. We are looking for board members who are passionate about microfinance and the people who work in this field.

• Why are you interested in microfinance?
• Why are you interested in being on SeaMo’s board?
• What experiences and skills will you contribute?
SeaMo will complete the selection process by the end of August.
