Candidate Profile
• A strategic thinker with ability to carry out financial as well as business analysis.
• Should have independently handled strategizing new business and ventures.
• Should have a creative bent of mind, innovative and should be able to think out of the box.
• Should have passion for new projects.
• Should be comfortable with presenting new plans and effectively sell them internally
• Strong business acumen and networking capabilities.
• Should have exposure to marketing.
• Should be able to handle ambiguity.
• Should be resilient.
• Should be able to work closely with top management

Critical Exposure/Experience deemed essentials
• Should be working in a strategic position with a microfinance company or an organization from a similar industry
• Should be exposed to formulation of Strategy
• Experienced in building product portfolio, innovative product extension and brand management
• Should have done research and analysis for new service offerings
• Preferably has worked in a international organization
• Should be from the Microfinance Industry

Key Aspects of the job
• Will be responsible to analyze the current business and its inherent strengths and devise out metrics for providing newer and innovative services by leveraging on the Brand name and Brand image.

• Will be responsible to formulate the new business offering strategy and optimization of resources. Will be involved in strategizing new business ventures, consisting of diverse businesses.

• Will have to work in tandem with the top management team to implement new strategies.

• Will devise sustenance plans for the business and devise out means and methods for implementation.
