Microenergy Credits: Another Seattle Innovation for Microfinance

A local microfinance startup called Microenergy Credits is linking the carbon offset market with microfinance in an innovation that could prove to be as beneficial to the environment as it is for the poor. SeaMo will be hosting Microenergy Credits at our April Microfinance and Microbrews (stay tuned!), but for now familiarize yourself with their work at their website and with this article from Microfinance Insights.
