Just a reminder about tomorrow night’s event and a plea for RSVPs! We are providing a little food and so we want to make sure to have enough. Please let us know if you’ll be joining us through the evite invitation or by sending us a note at info@seattlemicrofinance.org. Here are the details:

Join us for our second Microfinance and Microbrews event, with our featured speaker, Lea Werbel from Grameen Foundation. Lea will speak about Grameen Technology Center’s Village Phone program based out of Seattle, which increases the efficiency of microfinance organizations and creates income-generating opportunities for the rural poor.

Meet other microfinance enthusiasts while enjoying a microbrew at one of Seattle’s finest brew pubs, Pike Pub and Brewery at 1415 First Avenue, just south of the famous fish markets. Doors open at 5:30 and we’ll begin the presentation around 6:15.

A $5 contribution is welcomed to help cover the cost of the event.
