Global Partnerships – Social Investor Forum – June 8

May 24, 2010 No Comments

Over the past five years, Global Partnerships, a Seattle-based nonprofit that supports microfinance in Latin America, has been able to dramatically increase the number of MFIs and borrowers that we serve through our investment fund strategy. If you’re interested in learning how this strategy works to deliver social and financial return to investors, and much-needed capital to microfinance institutions, consider attending Global Partnerships’ first Social Investor Forum on Tuesday, June 8, from 7:30 – 9am, at Bellevue’s Meydenbauer Center.

You can find out more about the event on the GP website, and can register directly here. Space is limited, and it’s filling up, so we are encouraging folks to register soon.

The forum is free and open to the public.  Attendees will learn about GP’s investment strategies and microfinance partner organizations, and will have the opportunity to ask questions of President & CEO Rick Beckett and board president Dean Allen, CEO of the McKinstry Co.
