Global Partnerships Is Hiring – Four Positions Now

gplogo_white-on-red22Last week, we noted that Global Partnerships, a Seattle-based nonprofit that supports microfinance programs in Latin America, was hiring for three positions. We’ve added one more, a VP of Fund Investment position, so we’re now hiring four positions. Three of these are new. Below is a brief description of each with links to complete job descriptions. Please pass along to folks you think would be interested!

- Vice President, Fund Investment: A new position for Global Partnerships, the Vice President, Fund Investment will oversee the day-to-day operations of GP’s socially motivated investment funds, which make medium and long term loans to microfinance institutions (MFIs) throughout Latin America. - Vice President of Enterprise Development: Also a new position for Global Partnershps, the VP, Enterprise Development will work with the CEO, CIO, Social Investment Team, MFI partners, and key industry participants to identify, develop, and pioneer initiatives that help the MFI partners leverage their distribution platforms with high-impact, sustainable services beyond microcredit. The initial focus will be on health services and rural agriculture. All initiatives will be aimed at creating clear impact in the lives of people living in poverty, improving financial sustainability, and enhancing the competitive advantage for the MFI. - Operations Assistant: The Operations Assistant (also a new position) will play an important transaction, financial and administrative support role for the Social Investment Team and the VP of Finance and Administration. We seek an individual with a background in transactions including experience in financial, legal, and/or contractual transactions. - Executive Assistant: The Executive Assistant will play a critical administrative support role to the CEO and Board of Directors at GP’s Seattle headquarters. We seek a dedicated, experienced administrative professional who will serve as a public face for the organization, exemplifying GP’s commitment to mission, respect, collaboration, and excellence.
