Former Kiva Fellow Visits Seattle to End Malaria

October 6, 2009 No Comments

sloaneSloane Berrent, a returned Kiva Fellow, is traveling to seven cities to raise money for Netting Nations, a 501c3 that will use the funds to provide anti-malarial netting for orphanages. How can you help? Simple. Join her to celebrate her 30th birthday at the Copper Cart Cafe in Belltown this Wednesday, October 7th. To RSVP and for more information, visit CauseItsMyBirthday.com.

Incidentally, Seattle is low man on the totem pole in fundraising right now, so don’t be afraid to drop a few bucks to end malaria and salvage our reputation.
