Sneak Preview: Edelma’s Story

September 27, 2010 No Comments

Global Partnerships’ Business of Hope Luncheon, on October 12 in Seattle, is one of the largest celebrations of microfinance in the world. We’re particularly excited about this year’s program because the speaker, Edelma Altamirano, will tell a story we’ve never heard before at the luncheon.

Edelma, a mother and business owner from Leon, Nicaragua, is coming to Seattle to share how an innovative kind of microfinance changed her life, and saved her life.

Watch this 1-minute slideshow to get a glimpse.
