Microfinance Internship: Imp-Act Consortium

Location: Flexible
Term: Minimum three months
Preferred start dates: ASAP

The Imp-Act Consortium is global group of organizations working to promote and support the management of social performance – the translation of a microfinance institutions (MFIs) mission into practice – in the microfinance industry. The Imp-Act Consortium is launching a project that aims to ensure that capacity building in microfinance supports balanced performance management that integrates both financial and social/environmental perspectives.

Core tasks:
• Analysis of expressions of interest
• Liaison with stakeholders
• Collate initial outline for technical areas
• Facilitate development of stakeholder group

Core Skills:
• Clear, concise communication
• Good organizational skills
• Ability to work independently
