Microfinance and Microbrews: October 22nd featuring Washington Cash

September 24, 2008 1 Comment

Please note that the location for this event has changed to Pyramid Alehouse, 1201 First Avenue South.

SeaMo is pleased to announce our next Microfinance and Microbrews at Pyramid Alehouse on October 22nd beginning at 5:30pm. This month we are featuring Cheryl Sesnon, the Executive Director of Washington Community Alliance for Self Help (CASH).

Washington Cash provides training and access to capital for people in Washington State who are working toward economic self-sufficiency through small business ownership. She will be speaking about domestic microenterprise and the peer lending model.

Microfinance and Microbrews is a once-every-other-month gathering to learn more about microfinance and to meet others who are interested too. There is a $5 suggested donation at the door to help cover the cost of appetizers. Contact us at ryan@seattlemicrofinance.org for more information.
